Seasonal Soul Retreats offer a calm, intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with clarity. Rooted in nature, emotional intelligence, and embodied practices, each retreat is designed to support real integration; not escape.

These retreats are intentionally designed to support the whole person; body, mind, and inner awareness; through a carefully curated flow of experiences.

Rather than overwhelming you with constant activity, the day offers a balanced rhythm of guided sessions, reflection, and integration. Each element has been chosen to complement the others, allowing insight to land not just intellectually, but physically and emotionally.

Participants are invited to engage in practices that meet them where they are. While the group moves through the day together, the experience itself is personal, shaped by your capacity, curiosity, and readiness.

Our facilitators draw from multiple modalities to support meaningful inner and outer change, offering both experiential depth and practical tools you can carry forward.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself more clearly and creating space for what’s ready to emerge.

Summer Solstice Retreat

Golden Alignment: Listening, Growing & Expressing

The Summer Solstice marks a peak of light, growth, and expansion. This retreat is an opportunity to pause within that fullness, to listen deeply, connect with what is present, and explore what is ready to be expressed and brought forward with intention. Rather than pushing for change, this day offers space to align with what is already unfolding, supporting growth that feels natural, grounded, and sustainable.

What the Day Includes

Opening Tea Ceremony (Led by Kerry)

A gentle arrival into the space. This opening practice supports nervous system settling, presence, and intention setting for the day ahead.

Facilitator & Group Introductions

  • Overview of the day’s structure

  • Shared agreements and intentions

  • Creating a supportive, respectful container
     

Emotional Intelligence (Led by Kerry)

This session invites you to reconnect with your body as a source of awareness and insight. Through guided, embodied practices, you’ll explore emotional patterns, deepen self-awareness, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

This work is invitational and paced with care, supporting you to engage in a way that feels safe and grounded.

This session focuses on:

  • Self-awareness through the body

  • Emotional regulation

  • Understanding personal patterns

Equine-Assisted Connection (Led by Tamara)

A grounded and experiential opportunity to explore presence, boundaries, and authentic connection.

Horses offer immediate, honest, and non-judgmental feedback, responding to what is present in the moment. Through guided interaction (always from the ground), participants are supported in noticing internal responses, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics.

No horse experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to move at your own pace.

Lunch Break

A nourishing meal provided to support rest, integration, and connection with others.


Time to Reflect. Journal. Just Be
A gentle pause within the day to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself. This is your time to journal, sit in stillness, or simply be present with whatever is arising. A space to reflect, integrate, and allow clarity to come naturally.

Sound Journey (Led by Tamara)

This deeply restorative session offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect through the healing power of sound. Using calming frequencies and soothing vibrations, the sound bath helps quiet the mind, relax the body, and create a sense of inner balance.
 

As the sounds wash over you, participants are invited to simply rest, receive, and allow the experiences of the day to gently integrate. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be; just an opportunity to listen inward, release tension, and settle into stillness.


Closing Circle (Led by Kerry)

A space to ground, reflect, and integrate. Participants are supported in acknowledging what has shifted and anchoring what they are carrying forward.

 

How You Will Leave Feeling

This retreat is designed to support lasting alignment, not temporary escape. While each experience is unique, many participants leave feeling:

  • More connected to their inner voice and truth

  • Clearer on what is ready to grow or shift

  • Better able to understand and regulate emotional responses
