CONNECT BACK TO
YOUR BRILLIANCE
WITH OUR
SEASONAL SOUL RETREATS

A grounded, full-day retreat aligned with the rhythms of nature

Seasonal Soul Retreats offer a calm, intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with clarity. Rooted in nature, emotional intelligence, and embodied practices, each retreat is designed to support real integration; not escape.

These retreats are intentionally designed to support the whole person; body, mind, and inner awareness; through a carefully curated flow of experiences.

Rather than overwhelming you with constant activity, the day offers a balanced rhythm of guided sessions, reflection, and integration. Each element has been chosen to complement the others, allowing insight to land not just intellectually, but physically and emotionally.

Participants are invited to engage in practices that meet them where they are. While the group moves through the day together, the experience itself is personal, shaped by your capacity, curiosity, and readiness.

Our facilitators draw from multiple modalities to support meaningful inner and outer change, offering both experiential depth and practical tools you can carry forward.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself more clearly and creating space for what’s ready to emerge.

What the Day Includes

Opening Tea Ceremony

A simple, grounding arrival practice to settle the nervous system and set intentions for the day.

Facilitator & Group Introductions

  • Overview of the day’s structure

  • Shared agreements and intentions

  • Creating a supportive, respectful container

Group Tarot Reflection (Led by Crystal)

Tarot is often misunderstood as a tool for prediction, but at its heart, it is a practice of reflection and inner listening. It creates space for insight, inviting participants to slow down, notice what is emerging, and gently explore what feels ready for movement. In this guided, reflective experience, Tarot offers symbolic insight and quiet orientation for the day ahead. Rather than providing answers, it acts as a mirror, supporting self-awareness, curiosity, and gentle inquiry.

Participants are invited to reflect on two guiding questions:

  • What is ready within you to emerge

  • How that readiness wants to express itself

This session is spacious and invitational, offering perspective rather than answers to figure out. The reflections introduced here can be carried lightly throughout the day, supporting deeper listening and personal meaning as participants move through the retreat’s embodied experiences.

Equine-Assisted Learning Experience (Led by Tamara)

A gentle pathway back to connection, regulation, and self-trust. Experiences are guided at a slow, respectful pace, with choice, consent, and nervous-system awareness at the center. Horses, as sensitive and attuned beings, respond to what is present in the moment, offering feedback that is honest, grounding, and non-judgmental. Through guided observation and interaction (always from the ground), participants are supported in noticing boundaries, sensations, and emotional responses in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. No horse experience is required, only curiosity and the permission to move at your own pace.

Lunch Break

Enjoy some home comforts to refuel the body with good, nourishing food. Supplied by Kerry, Tamara and Crystal

Connecting with our bodies through Emotional Intelligence (Led by Kerry)

This session gently invites you to reconnect with your body as a place of awareness and emotional understanding. Our bodies often sense and hold emotions before the mind can make sense of them. By slowing down and listening inwardly, we begin to build a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
You’ll be guided through simple, embodied practices that support self-awareness and emotional regulation. This work is always an invitation; never forced; and you’re encouraged to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. Kerry is with you throughout the experience, holding space with care and presence. Whether this work feels familiar or new, you’ll be supported in exploring what arises with curiosity and gentleness.

This session focuses on:

  • Self-awareness through the body

  • Emotional regulation

  • Understanding personal patterns

  • Practical tools to support everyday life

The intention is not to change or fix anything, but to build a kinder, more informed relationship with yourself. One that continues well beyond the retreat day.

Breathwork & Sound Integration

Breathwork guided by Tamara, with sound support from Crystal.

This closing session offers a gentle, embodied integration of the day’s experiences. Guided breathwork supports nervous system regulation, helping participants settle, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a sense of internal safety and presence. Sound support weaves beneath the breath, using vibration and rhythm to deepen relaxation and support the body’s natural integration process. Together, breath and sound create a spacious environment where insights from the day can land without effort.

Rather than striving for a particular outcome, participants are invited to listen inward, rest, and allow whatever has emerged throughout the retreat to settle into the body. This session helps bridge inner awareness with felt experience, supporting a grounded transition back into daily life.

How You Will Leave Feeling

This retreat is designed to support lasting integration, not temporary escape.

While everyone’s experience is unique, many participants leave feeling:

  • More grounded in their body and present in the moment

  • Clearer about what matters to them right now

  • Better able to recognise and regulate emotional responses

  • Gently energised rather than depleted

  • Connected—to themselves, to others, and to nature

  • Supported with practical tools they can use in daily life

Rather than feeling changed overnight, you may notice a quiet shift, greater steadiness, increased self-trust, and a clearer sense of how you want to move forward. This retreat meets you where you are and supports what’s ready to unfold next.

If you’re feeling the call to slow down, turn inward, and realign with what truly matters, these retreats offer a grounded space to do just that.

You are ready to deepen your self-understanding, reconnect with your inner resources, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Growth doesn’t need to be forced. It unfolds when the conditions are right.

We look forward to welcoming you to an upcoming Seasonal Soul Retreat at River Cross Ranch and supporting you through this next chapter.
